What stretches can I do to decrease back pain?

Question by Taisa: What stretches can I do to decrease back pain?
Every time I bend over or I could just sit still and straight my back just starts hurting. Sometimes it happens out of nowhere and for no reason. I don’t have a clue as to why this happens. I haven’t been to a doctor yet about this but I think the reason I have this back pain is probably from couple years ago when i was about 7-9 I went to the snow and i went down a hill and landed on a bump with my back. It hurt for the first 2 weeks after that but then it stopped. And now after so many years my back starts hurting. Could it be from this or is it from something else? Any help? Any stretches I could do to prevent this back pain?

do wall back stretch,neck roll,abdominal lowerback chest stretching exercise, side waist stretch. Do the lying positions for exercise for you back to relax.

Q&A: what are some stretches and exercises for lower back pain?

Question by let.thedeadburytheirown: what are some stretches and exercises for lower back pain?
i suffer from some semi intense lower back pain
its around the area of my hips, sometimes even into the top areas of my butt, and it sounds funny but it is painful when i walk…. i go to the chiropractor every other day for it to be adjusted and to get electro therapy, but i would really like to be doing some stretches and exercises at home to help
is there anything specific i can be doing for it?
i used to do a lot of yoga, would that do anything to help if i get back into doing that?
please let me know anything you can think of

I can assure you my legs are plenty strong enough, i am a dancer and a former gymnast, im not lacking any strength at all.
but is it maybe my core that isn’t strong enough? cause i could definitely see that being the case, my core isn’t very strong at all anymore
